2002 Buick LeSabre - How to change out cigarette lighter things?

Question

One of them has blown fuses ever since I got the car six months ago and the other one just stopped working. I can't figure out how to get the old ones out so I can go get new ones and put them in. This is vital to my overall life happiness since my cd player and Sirius radio both require those lighter thingies. Thanks!

on a lot of cigarette lighters if you remove the panel that it is mounted to there will be a coller on the back that unscrews . then it just slides out , the new one slides in and you s***w the new coller on .
