2002 Pontaic sunfire Shifter problem!!!!!

Question

So i have a 02' Sunfire (lucky me) and besides it being a chick car it really hasn't givin me any huge problems. But the one that i have now is incredibly annoying. When i go to shift from gear to gear, the shifter k**b moves. Its almost as if its not screwed on tight...but iv'e tried to s***w it on and it just wont work....is it stripped maybe??

They have a plastic insert in the k**b. It's probably cracked. You can take it out and replace it. They are not expensive, but, can be tough to remove cause they're glued in.

yes probably stripped out some one probably got rough with it i would go out a buy another one so you dont have to hassle with it
