2002 Vauxhall Astra SRI Headunit Installation?

Question

Hi I purchased a 2002 Vauxhall Astra SRI yesterday and want to upgrade the headunit so I can plug my ipod into it and still control it through the steering wheel controls. I went to Halfords but the guy was trying to tell me I needed to spend £200 plus just on a stereo. I'm not after some major ice install just a bit of an upgrade. Anyway I was going to get the following and just need advice on if these are all the parts I need (I have someone to install for me)

Pioneer DEH-2000MP Stereo £60

ICT 29-609 Steering/Stalk Adaptor £35

INCARTEC Pioneer Adaptor £5

I was going to purchase these from www.caraudiodirect.co.uk.

I am aware the stereo will not charge my ipod (this doesn't bother me)
