2002 Yamaha Raptor 660?

Question

OK, im looking for some guidelines here, i bought my raptor about a year ago, and it had a pro circuit t4 pipe on it, not the headers, though. It unfortunately didnt come with an owners manual, i will be buying one shortly, prolly today.. but it backfires on decel, i refuse to ride it like this, and im almost positive its the jetting, but only 1 of the about 4 people ive talked to agree, does this sound like jetting problem?
