2002 dodge neon for sale?

im looking at a 2002 dodge neon for sale. it has 95,000 miles and looks to be in very good shape and clean. they are asking $3500. would you consider this a good deal? how strong/ rasiliant are the engines? thanks for the help!

Like all other cars it depends if it was properly maintained over the years. Meaning oil changes, new filter, gas and air when required. Also if the emission control sensors and valves etc are in proper working order. Here in Ontario Canada vehicles have to pass a safety and e-test or emission control test when you buy it, after that it is very two years for emission control tests.

That might be an alright price for that car, but I would definitely try to haggle them down on the price. Go to KBB.com and see what they think you should pay, and then start from there. The engines aren't too bad, as long as they are serviced well. Every person takes a chance when buying a used car, especially one with high mileage. Good luck.
