Check oil level and oil pressure to make sure your oil

and pump is still OK.

is there enough oil in it ? doesit have hydralic lifters if so oil is not getting up to head use some engine flush follow instructions on can

Possibley lack of oil pressure, oil not getting to top of engine quick enough. It could be oil pump, blocked oil galleries due to not having oil changed often enough, there is quite alot of reasons.
