  1. Nav system and alarm stuff can be found at crutchfield.com.  check tirerack.com for rims.  Besides all of that, check eeuroparts.com and genuinesaab.com for saab-specific parts!  Oh, and sometimes you can get lucky with eBay!

also, check out the bulletin boards at saabnet.com for a huge resource of any and all of your saab questions.

  2. If you have the cash and your warranty is expired and/or unimportant, go to saabcentral.com and check out their forums on tuning. I recommend a Nordic stage 3 or 4 if you have a ton of extra time and money. It's extremely fun. You can do a lot to your Saab for a few grand. Sign up and post your question there. They're really knowledgeable and can tell you the best places to get a good deal.

Crutchfield will have everything but the Saabcentral group will know specifically what you should get. If you want to replace your whole head unit and go through the expense of installing a transponder and everything, you can do that for about $3000-4000. Use tirerack.com for rims (I strongly urge you NOT to get them though). The alarm can be installed by Saab or any of a large variety of auto places. That's an easy install.
