  1. Buccanneers: 560/2+45= 325

    Raiders:        560/2-45=235

    325-235=90

    325+235=560

  2. B= Buccaneers R= Raiders

    Rush

    B= R+90   B+R= 560

    Problem:

    B+R=560

    (R+90)+ R= 560  (put in new equation for B)

    2R +90= 560

    2R= 470

    R= 235

    So the Raiders Rushed for 235 yards.

  3. lets say that :

    The Oak. yards = x

    then The Buc. = x +90

    as the question:

    (the oak) + (the Buc.) = 560

    x + x +90 = 560

    2x = 560-90

    2x = 470

    x = 235

    now replace again :

    The Oak. did 235 yards

    so The Buc. did 235 +90 = 325 yards.

    thanks lol .
