2003 camry rear speaker removal?

With the grill rotted away, you can see the fasteners holding it in place.  I am going to try to cut them and remove the covers.  If it works, I will try to buy new covers from Toyota.  Many places on line refer to a $25 cost.  I will glue them in place so I don't have to disassemble the back half of the car to get access.  The car is no longer worth the $750 cost to have toyota perform the repair and the speakers will probably rot out again.  $25 is worth it, if it works.

Toyota's refusal to address this problem reminds my why I abandoned Detroit.  Honda is probably in my future.
