2003 chevy Tahoe rear passenger window's.....

How do I allow the rear passenger window's to roll all the way down? Right now they only roll down half way.

No 4 door vehicle of any brand goes down more than halfway if it is sold in the USA period.  This was mandated by the NHTSA and the SAE back in the 60's.

The window regulator on the rear windows are designed to only go down half way.I believe the factory done this as a safety feature for children setting in the rear seat.Best of luck.
