2003 ninja 636 clutch problems???

Question

My clutch gets stuck when i first turn it on when i shift to first it stalls or it cracks hard and starts moving foward even though i have the clutch all the way in .. only when i first start it what could it be ???thx

IT COULD BE THAT YOUR CLUTCH CABLE IS TOO TIGHT AND NOT RELEASING OR IF IT'S A HYDROLLIC FLUID CLUTCH, IT COULD BE THAT IT'S LOW IN FLUID. THEN WHEN IT WARMS UP, IT WOULD WORK BETTER. CHECK YOUR FLUIDS AND YOUR BACK PRESSURE ON YOUR CABLE.

Improperly adjusted clutch cable.

Tighten the adjusters so the lever can only be pulled 1/8" until the cable gets tension.

Or Stuck clutch plates - rebuild the clutch.
