2004 Mustang GT vs Custom Built Mercedes?

Question

I have around $13k to spend.

Would you either get the mustang and add a supercharger giving it ~400HP

or

Would you get a 1990 Mercedes E220 and add a Roush 327R engine giving it 425HP and 390 lb/Ft

Can you even do a Roush 327R engine in a E220? If you could that would be a lot of money if you ask me....that would probably require some serious fabrication of parts, which isn't cheap at all. I would just go 2004 mustang with a supercharger.

A good 2004 mustang will cost you around $10k though, and im not sure you can do a good supercharge build for $3000. I saw a 430hp rated supercharger for an 04 mustang not long ago and it was about $4,200. Then you have to add a few hours of labor for installation, unless you are really good with cars and can do it yourself.

avoid MB

unless your going to drag race

turbos are more practical than a supercharger
