2004 acura tsx 6cd changer jammed

6cd changer is jammed with cds, 2004 acura tsx. had error "err"and red flashing led that even dealer did not know about. no buttons work now, many attempts. radio works. need directions to take dash apart, or better yet way to reset unit and remove cds.
