2004 camry cd player stopped playing

Question

cd's will go in and eject but no music will play looks like "TR" appears when cd is in player; after 10-20 seconds the cd is ejected. I did try the unplug car battery trick I have read about but that did not help. car is out of warranty so any help would be appreciated. thanks, donna
