Then theres the 2005 Scion Tc with 38k miles on it but the guy only wants $10,000 for it and I am only selling my Celica for 10,000 so if I do get the Scion I am basically trading for a car thats newer and lesser miles.but then theres the Dodge srt-4 that is 4 door and turbo! and fast! lol what do i do!! give me some opions people help me out please!!

  1. The SRT4 is one very fast car and it certainly can be a lot of fun at the track.  The problem with used SRT's is the previous owner(s) likely discovered this trait as well and those 31K miles may have been hard-driven miles.

Personally I would be drawn to the SRT but I would definitely have the car checked out before purchase just to make sure it's never been crashed and that it is in good shape.

  2. go 4 the TC!! a neon srt4 is a neon engine with turbo and every1 knows that neons suck so go 4 the tc and with the other 4 g's get it turbo charged see which ones faster now

  3. The Scion tC actually has the same engine and chassis as the Toyota Celica.

So it would be like buying the same car, but with a different body.

Toyota replaced the Celica with the Scion tC and just updated the body and transmission.

The SRT is much faster. A full 1.5 seconds quicker to 60mph from a stand still. And a 10-15mph higher top speed.

But the Scion is more reliable.
