2005 Honda Civic, how much is it worth?

I am looking for a new car, I recently found a 2005 Honda Civic Value 2 door coupe with 72,300 miles. The dealer showed me the carfax, and it is clean, the price they are giving me is $9000.00. What do you guys think?

you could spend another 4000 and get a brand new car. I think that is a little pricey for a 2005 civic

Kelley Blue Book gave me $11,900 for Retail Value of a 2005 Honda Civic Value with only an Automatic Transmission, no other features in excellent condition for the 21030 Zip Code. If I were you, I would go for it. This seems like a steal.

Just letting you know, the Civic VP cost around $12,000 New. I think it is a good price for a Civic. Check out the Mazda3 and you can get a newer car for the same price.
