Will a k&n cold air intake affect my MAF sensor over time?

  1. The only issue that you may have with a CAI is the intake sucking up water which can be avoided with s SRI.  If you are not going to fully build the car and just want a bit of safer hp get the Short Ram instead of the Cold Air intake


  2. no it will not, but there is a chance of hydrolocking. however, the chances of hydrolocking are not that high, you'd have to drive through a pretty big puddle in order to hydrolock your car. the best bet is to get a cover for it.

  3. It will turn the Check Engine light on the dashboard forever, it will suck in water like the other person said, void the warranty and cost a lot of extra money, why do you need it anyway?
