  1. Sounds like your coolant level is low. Check it & add to it if it is.

On the highway, the air rushing & the increase in fan speed cools the engine.

  2. I would agree, check your coolant, check your fan and check your thermostat. When driving on the highway you get whats called ram air which helps cool off your vehicle, so it could be possible coolant restrictions caused by thermostat,or no fan to cool off the radiator while idling , or possible coolant leak. Also it is recommended to get your coolant system serviced every two years to help keep this system running at its peak and prolong the life of parts.GL

  3. when your on the expressway your drawing more air into the radiator. check to see if the fan is working and make sure the radiator is,nt clogged.

  4. check that the fan relay is working to start the cooling fans when at a stop.

  5. clean out y'r raidiator

  6. 1./.check coolant level

    2.check oil level

3,,check to see if fan is running

  7. radiator fan fault, please change yout termostat
