I noticed a it said "B1" on the odometer display. The car got an oil change, tires rotated and replaced the cabin air filter early this morning. I do not have a owners manual, so I am not sure wha the wrench light means nor the B1 code on the odometer display. Any help would be appreciated.

  1. There is a good chance that is the oil meter who trigger that light on.

Go to the drivers seat, look at your left hand below the a/c vent. There is a button that says 'SEL/RESET' then follow the next steps.

    1) Turn the ignition switch to the ON

    (II) position.

    2 ) Press the SEL/RESET button

repeatedly until the engine oil life

    indicator is displayed.

    3) Press the SEL/RESET button for

about 10-20 seconds. The engine oil

    life and the maintenance item

    code(s) will blink.

    4) Press the SEL/RESET button for

    more than 5-10 seconds. The

    wrench light will

disappear, and the engine oil life

    will reset to ‘‘100.’’

This happens when maintenance service is done by someone other than your dealer mostly they don't know that our cars have these kind of features.

You don't need to depend on that meter it just a reminder that you must change your engine oil at regular intervals. Just stick for 3,000miles between oil changes and you're fine.
