2006 Dodge Charger problem..?

So I have a problem with my 2006 Dodge Charger.

I haven't had one single problem with the car prior to this. I was driving to work yesterday, and stopped at the light. When I hit the gas the car turned off. So I pulled in to the gas station and when I turned it on it struggled and the engine is now making a weird noise. Kind of like a clicking noise.

Did the Tune up oil change this morning since I hadn't done it in a while, thinking it was that and nope! It's still doing that noise, and i can't hit the gas too much or it will give up.

Anybody know what the problem is?

  1. The problem is that you bought a Dodge product, seriously..It could be a number of things ranging form bad injectors to a bad ECU. If it's a 2006 it should still be under warranty, right?

  2. a clicking noise, you say? check the battery terminals to make sure they are clean and tight and it also could be the starter solenoid.
