2006 dodge durango or 2003 ml350?

I found one in my area with 40k miles and I was wondering how reliable it would be. I have a 2006 Dodge durango (with 60k) that happens to be broken down more than my 1987 mb 420sel. Would this be a dumb trade or should I do it?

  1. Neither of them are very reliable.  The Benz will hold it's value a bit better than the Dodge but I personally wouldn't buy either.  The Benz will cost a fortune to repair when it breaks, and it will break.  The drive train is dead reliable but the electrical system is a mess.  And if someone gave me a free Durango, I'd sell it.

  2. I'd hold out till I could find a ML320CDI.Whole lot better mileage, and Mercedes diesel last forever.
