Question:

2007 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, good modifications?

I just bought this motorcycle. I would like to know if there are any parts I should replace in advanced (IE shocks, gears, etc.) to as to enhance the long-term reliability of the bike and safety for highway driving. I have also noticed the bike tends to jerk a bit around 3rd gear when accelerating and not provide as much kick as I'd hoped (to do safe passing, for example). Any safe ways you would recommend to mod this bike?

  1. it's a 250!  what exactly did you expect for passing power?  it's twice as good as a scooter

  2. Forget power.

    Get Dunlop's GPR Alpha 10's.

The best mod you can make.

  3. should have bought a bigger bike. a 250 is a waste of money
