2007 Polaris Outlaw 90 problems?

07 Polaris Outlaw 90 has gas in tank, won't start with a warm engine w/o choke, and just plain darn sputters when my son tries to ride it. PLEASE HELP! :(

Check the fuel vent lines routing under the top of the tank plastics. 2007 was the first year of production and this was a service bullet-in. Also check valve clearance, should be 0.02 intake and exhaust. Check air filter. Check carb jets.
