2007 Repsol Honda CBR1000

Question

I need to know how many of this 'limited edition' bikes were made by honda. Also, is this true that by reading the last 3 digits of the VIN No....you can tell which particular bike this is...example....155...means - this was the 155th bike produced of this kind...Awaiting for feedback.

yes the last three digits are the order they came off the line not sure how many repsol there are tho
