  1. Yes if it is in good appearance and running order and without any issues.

I sold a 2006 V-Star 1100 Custom with 4500 miles a few months ago for $6000 and shortly after I came across an 1100 Classic (2006) with only 2500 miles for $5000. I think there's room there and you could hold out but I don't know where you live or the availability in your market. Which 650 is this? Custom, Classic, or the  Silverado? For 4 the Silverado is a buy the other two you may be able to squeeze a little less for them....

Suzuki bikes in this class are good but in my area have a low resale value. 4000 would be high.

Technically offering 15% below the asking price is considered non-offensive, but I'd think you'd be fine in the 3500-3700 range if you had the cash in your hand to make the deal right then and there with no ands, ifs, or buts about it.... Just say here's $3500 and I'll take it right now while you show the money, you'll end up getting it for less then 4 or the guy is a hard seller - stick to your guns, he's likely to say he'll take 3750 or something, if you want it say OK...otherwise act like you'll have to find the extra cash and come up with a story why you can only squeeze out another 100 or 150....

Just don't let him hold the wad while you try to play your hold out game of his....

  2. ya it is a good deal.because if it only has 7000m and they wont 4000 i would buy it

  3. i entered the area for wisconsin since i dont know where you are, but this is a link to kelly blue book for motorcycles. there are multiple options for that bike (classic, custom, etc), so i just sent you a link to take over from there.

  4. Kelly blue book (kbb.com) shows this bike at just over $4000 so yes it is a good deal.  Check it over good.  Does it have chipped paint, need tires, oil leaks, etc.  If not, and you are happy with the way it rides and feels, go for it!!
