2007Volvo s40 Brakes?

I Just Bought A Pre-owned 2007 2.4i Volvo S40 On 11th Of This Month And The Brakes Need To Be Replaced That Will Cost About $500 Isn't The Dealer Suposed to Take Care Of That Cost ?

your purchase agreement should specify what is covered.  also, it may only have some drivetrain warranty being used.  Last used car I bought, they stuffed pads on a bad rotor.  I didn't bother for I prefer to do my own so I know it is correct.  If you don't, sometimes being harsh (especially in person in front of other customers) may pursuede then to make an exception.   good luck.
