I can't wait. I love the setup, it allows each country to prove their strength. Even countries like El Salvador and Panama and Belize get a spot.

Preliminary Round: (16 teams)

* 2 clubs each from the United States and Mexico.

* 2 clubs from Panama.

* 1 club each from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Canada, Belize, and Nicaragua.

* 3 clubs from the Caribbean zone.

Group Stage: (16 teams)

* 8 winners from the preliminary round.

* 2 clubs each from the United States and Mexico.

* 1 club each from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
