2008 Career prospects for male Virgo?

My brother is having a tough time finding a job right now. Granted it's only been a month or so and the job market is terrible. What are any of your thoughts?

*He's been working in the finance/accounting field, quit his job because his boss took credit for all his work. Now he's searching for a new job in the same field.
