Should be a huge discount.  Truck sales have tanked.  The 09 Ram is all new so they will want to get rid of the old model even more than normal.

I wouldn't be surprised if you can get well over $10k in rebates.

there's place in Tennessee that was selling the quad cabs for for 14.900 here  a few weeks ago full loaded,they had them marked down ten thousand off,and there will be a lot more sales like this to move those this year,that's the best one i have seen yet though it was rusty Wallace dodge in Morristown Tennessee,that had this sale,good luck.
