2008 Ford Edge Winter (Steel) Rims ?

I own a 2008 Edge with optional 20" wheels. I have a set of 17" steel wheels which I intend to mount winter tires on. Will the 17" multi-fit rim fit in place of the 20" wheels? In the aftermarket fitment guide, it specifies that the rim will fit any Edge with factory wheels in 17" and 18" size. No mention of the 20" in the guide. Thanks for your help.
