2008 Ford Focus engine vibration ~1850 - 2200 RPM?

I have a Manual 2008 Focus, when in neutral and AC OFF, if I pony up the car to 1850 up to 2200 RPM there's a vibration in the car.

If I go above 2200 RPM the vibration goes away. Car has 11,000 miles. Oil change was done at 7,500 for Full syntec. Thanks
