  1. Here's a few tips:

    1) Shop for the car at the end of the month

    2) End of the year

    3) Rainy days

    4) When car sales are slow ( don't buy car in Feb, Mar and April when people get tax refund)

Walk in to the dealership with the attitude "I couldn't care less"

and "I couldn't make up my mind"

    Hope that's help.

  2. There is more ammo than you can handle. Here's some.

    1. Fist off find out invoice price from Cars.com. For a 4 Dr GX model with standard options, its $23844.

    2. Get comparable quotes from at least 15 Dealers from your area. Let them know you are doing so.

    3. Deal with the internet Sales manager on phone or Email directly. Even of the sale Dealership. That's usually better than the guys on the ground.

    4. Arrange your own financing. Honda Clearance is going on. See if that Dealer has his own promotions going on as well.

Use Fighting Chance http://www.fightingchance.com/ Guaranteed rock bottom price. Used twice myself. $500 Bellow invoice, $1500 Bellow invoice respectively. They even let you know what people in your area are getting.
