I am thinking to get a new car, either 2008 Honda Civic or 2009 Toyota Corolla. Does anyone know what the fair price is of each and what are the pros and cons of each model

  1. Go with Honda. toyota sucks.

  2. go to KBB. my best friend!

  3. Hondas are the worst, most unreliable cars in the world. They are also very ugly. You're much better off buying the 2009 Toyota Corolla. Toyotas are very reliable.

  4. Honda is better

    ConsumerReports.org® Overview

Highs: Acceleration, engine and transmission, fuel economy, cabin storage, standard ESC, reliability.

Lows: Steering feel, road noise, rear seat.

This small sedan has responsive handling and a steady, compliant ride. Road noise is pronounced. The 1.8-liter, four-cylinder engine is refined, works well with the smooth five-speed automatic, and returned 28 mpg with the automatic and 31 mpg with the manual. Instruments are arranged in two tiers, with a high-mounted digital speedometer. Standard safety equipment includes ABS and curtain air bags. Crash-test results are impressive. The Hybrid got 37 mpg overall. The Si is a very quick, sporty, hi-revving model that is fun to drive. A natural-gas powered model called the GX is also available, but it has a short cruising range and a tiny trunk because of the tank holding the compressed gas.

    Bottom Line Price Range: $13,348 - $26,527
