2008 kx250f?

just wanted to hear from people with one. advantages and whatever you like about them ha. And i dont want to hear from the 12 year olds that have a mate that has one and saw him riding once and it did a sick burnout and it does awesome wheelies. if you dont know anything about it dont answer. thanks haha

  1. The KX250F has been the winner in most all of the 2008 250F shootouts. It is the bike to beat for '08. One thing it has over the competition this year is tons of low end power. Many of the other manufacturers are going for the mid to upper power range this year, but Kawasaki is sticking more to the low to mid range power delivery which makes it much easier to go fast on for the average rider.


  2. I have no complaints with the four stroke bikes. In racing it is the equivalent to a two stroke kx125. Plenty of power. No power band like the two strokes so the torque curve is smooth. Definitely good for beginners so you don't pop it up before the power band and then have it dump you on your head when it kicks in. They should last a long time if taken care of. I've heard the valves do need to be adjusted every so often though. Good luck.
