Question:

2009 Corolla - Headlight question

I just bought a 2009 Corolla, and am having trouble figuring out the different headlight settings, mainly because the owner's manual doesn't explain it very well. I put it on what I thought was automatic, but after turning off (and locking) the car, the headlights stayed on for between 5-10 minutes. I was going out, so I didn't wait longer than that to see if they would turn off, but I'm worried that I'll drain the battery if I do! And does anyone know what the lightbulb on the top left of the k**b is? Suggestions are more than welcome!

  1. you need to see, if you have daytime running lites....

if you do.... your lites will go off, on a delay.... & also with your alarm.

if you don't have that feature... then you have to remember to

    shut your lites off manually.

i don't know what lightbulb you are talking about... look at your owners manual... it will tell you inside
