In the 2009 NCAAF season there was one particularly stellar finish which exemplified sound clock management skills by the entire team and staff; what team and game was that?

I saw the finish on ESPN and I think it may have been the Air Force Academy Falcons but I cannot find anything on the internet. I will never forget it; It was truly a thing of beauty.
