2009 converter box help!!!????

OK . so we have so if you dont have cable provider...u would be watching free channels right?? By using the antenna...so if you get the converter box u can use the antenna and u will still watch free channels???

Yes. Digital broadcasts are just as free as the old analog broadcasts.

You buy a converter box and attach it between your antenna and your TV.

Most areas already have digital broadcasts; what happens on 2/17/09 is that most of the old analog broadcasts will be shut down.

It's best to request a $40 off coupon now so you can buy a converter and get some experience before the analog shutdown.

Yes.

All that's going to cost money is the converter box.

And everything else is free.

Make sure you keep the antenna because you'll still need it (or you can upgrade your antenna as well).
