2010 ATP China Open, Gilles Simon and John Isner advances in Beijing
The French tennis player Gilles Simon got the better of Michael Berrer from Germany at the 2010 ATP China Open Competition in three sets on Wednesday. The final match score was 6-7(6), 6-4, 7-6(4). The clash concluded in a time period of three hours and
seven minutes in Beijing.
The twenty-five year old Gilles blasted a total of sixteen aces and converted two of seven break point chances for his seventh victory of the season. The world number forty-three went 0-4 through the first three months when he was troubled as a result of
his knee injury earlier in 2010.

Michael, who overpowered the world number seven and Barclays ATP World Tour Finals player Tomas Berdych in the first round of the China Open on Monday, won sixty percent of his service points on Wednesday. As a result of this loss, the professional tennis
player from Germany has dropped to a match record of 17-23 on the season, featured by final appearance at the PBZ Zagreb Indoors after losing to Marin Cilic earlier in February.
In other action, John Isner from the United States of America triumphed in a big serving battle versus Philipp Kohlschreiber from Germany in three sets on Wednesday. The final match score was 7-6(3), 3-6, 6-3. The clash concluded in a time period of two
hours and thirteen minutes in Beijing. Isner fired a total of twenty aces to Philipp’s thirteen.
