2010 Compuware NHL Premiere Series – Philadelphia Flyers win 6-1 against the Minnesota Wild
The 317th game of the 2010 Compuware NHL Premiere Series saw the Minnesota Wild play host to the Philadelphia Flyers at the Xcel Energy Centre. The match was played this Wednesday in front of 16,500 fans. This was the 23rd game of the
campaign for the Philadelphia Flyers while the Minnesota Wild played the 20th game of the campaign.
The Philadelphia Flyers made a decent start to the match and took the lead with a goal in the 4th minute of the period. The goal was scored by James Reimsdyk from a fabulous flick shot.
The Philadelphia Flyers continued to pile pressure on the home team with the strong attacks and scored once again in the 6th minute to double the lead. The goal was scored by Jeff Carter from an extravagant backhand shot.
The period saw both the teams making a few more goal scoring opportunities but they couldn’t score as the teams went into the break with the Flyers leading 2-0. During the period, the Philadelphia Flyers made 8 goal attempts while the Minnesota Wild made

The final 20 minutes of total dominance by the Philadelphia Flyers. The final period saw the Flyers maintain a very tight defence that restricted the home side to long range shooting only.
The Philadelphia Flyers attack on the other hand was very strong and they managed to score in the 8th minute. The goal was scored by Andreas Nodl. They scored once again in the very next minute to take the score to 5-1. This time the goal was
scored by Ville Leino through a brilliant backhand shot.
The Philadelphia Flyers scored half a dozen goals with another goal in the 12th minute of the final period. The final goal of the period was scored by Jody Shelley from a superb flick shot. The Philadelphia Flyers won the match 6-1. During the
