Jacksonville picked up a 1st down at the 10 with the ball on Oakland’s 22 but was unable to make yards on 2 successive plays. However, Garrard turned over left and drifted a pass for Mike
Sims-Walker on 3rd-and-goal who made a diving catch for the score along the left boundary, putting the Jaguars up 28-24.
