2011/2012 summer transfer window team – Wingers (Part 2)
There are many other wingers who changed their clubs this season. The Mainz 05 star Andre Schurrle joined Bayer Leverkusen in this summer transfer window.
Schurrle was a first choice winger for Mainz 05 last season as he managed to give out 34 appearances, scored 15 goals and almost managed to give 5 assists to his team.
With these statistics, the German Giants Bayern Leverkusen decided to sign him and now he is going to prove his worth there.

Another great winger who left his club this season is Santi Cazorla. The Spanish winger who played for Villarreal is now a part of Malaga. Malaga are trying to make a name for themselves in the Spanish La Liga; therefore, they are trying to sign good players
in order to strengthen their squad.
Santi Cazorla has been a part of the Spanish side Villarreal since 2007. However, in this transfer window, the Spaniard decided to leave the club and join Malaga.
In his last season, Santi Cazorla proved his worth and showed how great a player he is. The Spanish winger managed to appear in 55 games for the Yellow Submarines.
Villarreal were competing in more than one competition throughout the season and Santi Cazorla was their first choice winger in each and every competition they played in. Cazorla played for them in the Spanish La Liga, the Spanish Cup – Copa Del Rey and
also in Europe as they were competing in the Europa League and managed to reach the semi finals where they suffered a loss to Porto.
Cazorla was simply phenomenal throughout the season and managed to score 8 goals for the Spanish club. In his previous season he gave out the highest number of appearances and showed that he was an important figure in the yellow outfit.
