2011 Super Bowl XLV Over/Under Odds

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Green Bay Packers O/U 45.5

I’m not too sure what to expect in this game since it’s being played indoors. On one hand both of these teams have great defences that can shutdown any offence, but on the other hand, indoor games tend to be higher scoring. Green Bay could easily put up 28+ points themselves, which would mean the Steelers would only need 18 points for the game to go over the total. In my opinion the over/under is going to be very close and it could go either way.

With a little under two weeks away from Super Bowl 45 there is plenty of time to analyze the Super Bowl XLV betting lines and find value before pulling the trigger. Remember that the goal in betting on sports is to end up with a better line then the closing line. With two great teams playing against each other I don’t expect a whole lot of line movement leading up to the game although there will definitely be some based on how the public bets closer to the game.
