This match did not take much time, as Nick Jennings produced high standards of game to register a comfortable 4-1 win over Vinnie Calabrese. Calabrese took the opening frame after a bout of safety play, to lead 0-1. He also was the first one to be on the
run in the second but this time he lost control of his emotions, breaking down on 42 and when the chance presented itself, Jennings levelled proceedings with a classy break of 64. He also pocketed the scrappy third before firing carving break of 73, in the
fourth. Calabrese tried pulling the match in the fifth but it was too late, as Jennings killed the match without doing anything outstanding.
Jak Jones 3-4 Kyren Wilson

following frames, as Anda finished the match with spectacular breaks of 91 and 68 in the fifth and sixth frame, respectively.
