The hard-hitting Jamaican batsman Marlon Samuels, who bagged the Man of the Match accolade in the tournament final, comes in second among the top ten batsmen of the tournament.
The 31-year-old right-hander, who has been consistent across all three formats over the last twelve months, extended his run through the prestigious T20 showdown and ended it as West Indies' highest run-scorer (third overall). The Jamaican top-order batsman piled up 230 runs in six innings, including three half centuries, at an average of 38.33 and a strike rate of 132.94.
