20s or 30s bar in Toronto?

I was wondering if there were any nicer bars with a decor and music typical of the American 1920s and 1930s style...

I am afraid all of those places have either been torn down, renovated or are something else now, the old haunts have been taken over by condos, plazas and newer developments.

The last one I remember to go was the one on Yonge St the Colonial Tavern, now there are some place in that period decor wise, the Candu on the corner of College and Yonge in the old Eatons building, the Palais Royle on Lakeshore Boulevard.

On occasion they will have a nostalgia night or old time vaudeville show at the Winter garden which has been there since the early 1900's, but big band and swing place are not easy to come by anymore
