21 Birthday?

I would like to know what a good idea is for a 21ste Birthday party. Well it's my friend’s birthday. She wanted to go on a boat cruse, but she is scared that it's going to rain. What would you sedges we should do for her Birthday. Pleas help!!!!!!

Get everyone to meet up at a club/bar.  Some places have where you can rent out the top floor or something for parties.

The harbor cruises usually have some sort of roof covering (like canvas) on the boats... call them and ask .....  see if you can find a Murder Mystery Dinner somewhere.  Those are really fun.....

take her on the boat cruise, get her drunk and throw her overboard....
