I briefly scanned your list over. I do not believe that the Philippines speak Spanish today, and I also hope I am not wrong, but at one point the Spanish controlled or tried to gain control of the Philippines. In addition, that is why you have some Philippinos with last names like Cardozo, Garcia, and so forth. BTW, I have an uncle who was born and raised Mexican or with Spanish, but he is 50% Philippino. A manager of mine was also a Philippina immigrant to Mexico and she speaks the most wonderful Spanish ever. Hope this gives you an idea of how far the language has traveled.
