talk to your ob/gyn, but it's probably heart burn.  Over-the-counter Zantac works great for me!

It's more than likely heart burn. It's very common in pregnancy and it's nothing to be concerned about. There's an old wives tale that says the more heartburn you have during pregnancy the more hair your baby will have. :)

Heart Burn OR it could be classic chest pains (aka costochondritis) which is easily brought on for some people during the stress of pregnancy and working.  Are you employed full time right now or anything?  If you're stressed, it could be either one, really.
