  1. I am assuming that you have felt the baby move already, and that the movement has now stopped.

Drink some coke or eat some chocolate, and then lie on your left side.  Concentrate and you should be able to feel movement.  Sometimes the baby has a different sleep pattern to yours, and he/she could be moving when you are asleep, and asleep when you are waiting to feel movement.

If you still do not feel any movement, ask your doctor for a scan, just to reassure yourself.

  2. Drink a big glass of OJ or apple juice.

If there is still no movement...eat some candy.

No movement after that...go to the doctor's office.

  3. Call your Dr. to find out.

  4. It scares the heck out of you huh? It did me too.  Go to ur doctor just to be sure though, but all it was, was she was just growing so fast the doctor told me, that she just wore herself self out. It is most likely nothing to worry or stress urself over but you won't stop stressing until you go to the doctor, (atleast I didn't) so you might just as well go in and that way you will feel better.  Stress isn't good for the baby either. Hope all is well, I'm sure it is. And congrads.

  5. I think when you are that early in your pregnany its probably pretty normal for you to not feel a lot of movement sometimes. I remember feeling it a lot some days and not much others. You should always call your doctor if you are worried though.

  6. Try not to let it worry you too much.

I had the same thing with my last pregnancy a few times. I was told to drink a glass of juice, then go lay down on my left hand side and wait. Every time, after a while, I'd feel my baby moving. But do call your care provider, even if just for reassurance. Always better to be safe than sorry eh? They wont get mad or angry cause you have a panic and will do a scan, listen to baby's heartbeat and you will feel so much better hun.

Don't just sit about and panic - its not good for you, or your baby. :o)

    Good luck *hugs*

  7. My son did the same thing and i got FREAKED out and went to the doctor and she got a heartbeat and everything was fine she told me sometimes they go on sleeping days where they will sleep for anywhere for 2 to 5 days, if your really scared you can make an appt Or go get one of the home baby heart beat things i bought one so i could hear the heart beat mine is called Bebe sounds. Best Luck He/She is fine!

  8. No, it's not. Go to your OBGYN and tell him/her whats happening so they can give you an ultrasound and check on the baby's heart too.

  9. He/ she isn't moving much or not at all? It is common to not feel a whole lot at 21 weeks.

ADD: some women don't even feel the baby move until they are 22 weeks. I would not be to worried. It is normal not to feel a lot of movement right now. Even when I was 23 weeks somedays he would be active somedays I would not feel him at all. Try laying down and putting your arms above your head... sometimes if you just take a few minutes to relax and feel for it... you can feel it.

  10. Drink a tall glass of orange juice ( soda if you would like ) and that should make him move around more..if nothing then call doctor immediately so they can listen to the heartbeat and just re assure you.

  11. of course the is nothing wrong with the baby

  12. he\she is dead

    go let em down

  13. you are probably still pretty small and just can not feel all the movements

  14. yes it is normal. drink some caffeine h**l start moving like crazy
