21month son's vomiting for past 5 days. Realized today apple juice he was drinking is spoiled. What to do?

Just found out today that the apple juice my 21 month old son has been drinking is spoiled. He's been vomiting for 5 days now so I figure this is the cause. Any suggestions?

Stop giving him the apple juice, and call your doctor to see what, if any further recommendations they have.

Call your doctor IMMEDIATELY. If no answer can be given through the office, go straight to your nearest ER. Vomitting in a small child leads very quickly to dehydration - a serious and sometimes life threatening condition.

When you go to the doctor's office or ER, make sure you have the following information: type of juice, how much he's been drinking, brand name, how much he vomits, how long he's been vomitting. If you can, bring a sample of the juice or the bottle.

Call the pedi, but they will probably tell you to keep him hydrated, give him pedialyte and water, and that he'll be fine. Is he lethargic or feverish? If not, he's fine. If he's acting weird, take him in to be looked at. Also, was he vomiting just after the juice or all day long? If it's all day long, he might be seriously dehydrated and need to be admitted for an IV drip for a night(happened to my friends little boy). Good luck!

Call the pediatrician, they are more than qualified to address your concerns.  

I bought my daughter a Yo-J once at the store and after she started drinking it she said she didn't want it.  I made her drink it anyway because she had a history, still does, of saying she wants something and then changing her mind after the money has been spent.  Turns out the Yo-J was spoiled, I felt rotten.
